Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or public holidays in Israel are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping within Israel

Flat rate: 35 ILS on every order, with no minimum and no exceptions.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch. We currently offer one standard delivery service; there is no express option.

International shipping

Flat rate: 70 ILS.

Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs duties, import taxes and any handling fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusing to pay them may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed by customs; in that case, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or the recipient was unreachable, we can reship it once the return has arrived, at your expense.

Delays

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, security situations or other events outside our control.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch for domestic orders, or 20 business days for international orders, contact us at contact@loulouthedogstore.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and of the items. Damage in transit is handled as a defective product under our Refund Policy, at our expense.
