Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders are prepared in our Tel Aviv atelier from Sunday to Thursday.

Within Israel, we deliver your order in 2 to 5 business days from the date it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Deliveries to the rest of Europe and the world take 4 to 7 business days.

International delivery is available to 27 countries. Any customs duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive the product at your address to request a return.

To arrange a return, write to us at contact@loulouthedogstore.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, with its tags, in its original unopened packaging, and accompanied by your invoice or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped — in those cases we cover the cost and either replace the item or refund you in full.

Personalised pieces

Engraved collars and tags are neither returnable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a defect.

Warranty

All our products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See the FAQ for full details and exclusions.
